Frei Partners follows a two phases IR process: initially, we help our client to develop an efficient investor relations strategy to realize their objectives and in a second step, we implement such strategy with our client on a daily basis.

One key element of successfully implementing an investor relations strategy is our well known lunch presentations. We organize such lunch presentations for our clients mainly in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Zurich and Geneva. In these cities, we dispose of a network of private and institutional investors such as fund managers, independent asset managers, stock brokers, private bankers, asf. If a client wishes to be presented in a city where we are not yet active, we dispose of a network of experienced associates who represent us locally.

In addition to lunch presentations, we also offer to our clients one on one meetings where our clients can meet personally with members of our network. If, however, a client wants to reach a bigger audience, we can either give him access to conferences or trade shows organized by third parties or arrange them on our client′s behalf.

Our General Consulting consists of two aspects: Listing Consulting and Business Advisory Services.

With our Listing Consulting, we support clients in respect to their listing on a European stock exchange. These consulting services range from advising on the initial listing, to introductions to market makers and analysts as well as to complying with the periodical filing requirements.

To fully assure that Frei Partners creates an ideal environment for its clients to succeed, we also provide Business Advisory Services. Such services cover all business consulting topics from strategy, corporate finance, M&A activities, corporate restructuring, marketing, to information management. If we do not possess the required expertise in a needed area, we dispose of a group of dedicated professionals assisting us to achieve our common objective.

Our media consultants create and maintain relationships with media contacts on an ongoing basis. We encourage media coverage, facilitate interviews and provide materials such as presentations, press kits and releases as well as photos to our media contacts.

To get our clients′ message out efficiently, we employ a combination of traditional and modern communication tools, from news releases, conference calls, webcasts, media alerts, press kits, television, radio, internet, and our own website. Our mission is to maximize exposure and maintain ongoing communications with our network.
